Bees use propolis to protect the hive from other insect, fungi, micro-organisms and plugging holes for insulation.
Components of Propolis
- 45-55% resins ( flavonoids, phenolic acids, esters )
- 25-35% waxes and fatty acids ( Beeswax and Plants )
- 10% essential oils
- 5% protein ( Pollen )
- 5% trace minerals ( Ketones, lactones, quinones, steroids, sugars and vitamin B2 )
Ingredients: 70% Alcohol and propolis
Recommended Uses: Internal 1-5 drops, Externally apply to skin
